Training Plan
Most people don’t train hard enough to create changes in their body or have terrible execution. I’ll help set up and monitor your training to ensure we help you develop the intensity required to create the changes you are looking for while paying attention to technique.
You will have the option to schedule a discovery call with me after you apply for a spot.
